The former president's Granddaughter Gets Professional Guidance from Tiger Woods Before Professional Golf Debut

Young golfer preparing for major competition

The rising star boasts impressive social media following

Kai Trump can count on plenty of prominent backers as she starts her professional golf debut this Thursday.

This teenage golfer, who is the granddaughter of a former US president, obtained a tournament invitation to compete at the Annika competition in Florida.

Her grandfather, an avid golfer, owns multiple international courses and often plays against Kai.

"He's fairly competent. I can't reveal details but we have competitive games," she stated.

She mentioned that Trump, unable to come, told her: "Simply stay calm."

"My grandpa essentially suggested to compete and have fun," she explained.

"To me, he's just an ordinary family member. He won't be there this weekend. He's busy with presidential duties, so he's rather occupied."

While still amateur, the golfer has participated in a mere three competitions this year and has position 461 in the American Junior Golf Association listings.

But she can get advice from 15-time major champion, in a relationship with Vanessa.

"He stands as the best player globally," Kai stated.

"Additionally, he's a superior individual. He suggested me to compete, have fun, and go with whatever happens."

Kai will face some of the biggest names in women's golf at this tournament, featuring world number two the champion, England's golfer Hull, professional Thompson and last year's winner Lilia Vu.

Tournament organizers mentioned that Kai's presence helps introduce golf to different demographics, especially among younger fans.

Kai has a massive following and has started a personal clothing and lifestyle brand.

Her first tee time at late afternoon GMT.
